Systems I built, most of them alone, told from the engineering side: what the constraint was, what I chose and what it runs on today.

## Connect

Platform and release pipeline for a law firm. A bilingual site for a Lviv law firm that its team runs itself, and everything under it: Payload inside the Next.js app, Docker on the firm's own Lightsail, Terraform, and a one-command release that audits the exact image it ships and rolls back in seconds.

## ClipNest

An AI video pipeline on queues. My own product: a pipeline that writes, narrates, picks footage for, renders and publishes short videos. NestJS workers on BullMQ queues, CLIP embeddings in pgvector, FFmpeg on Lambda, and a spend cap that switches the cloud off before the bill runs away. Closed beta.

## Dimori Park Group

Off the CMS server: one app for every location. A real-estate developer's site, a page per cottage town. I moved it from Strapi and GraphQL on EC2 to Keystatic, a Git-based CMS: no CMS server and no database to run. Two towns are live and a third is ready to publish.

## A11ySignal

Accessibility scans as a pipeline. My own product: a scheduled WCAG 2.2 AA monitor. It crawls every page of a site in headless Chromium with axe-core, diffs each scan against the last one, and alerts only on what changed, with the element, the rule and the criterion. Public, on paid plans, running on my own server.
