A premium real estate developer needed a single platform to manage multiple cottage town locations. Each location needed its own site, its own content and its own search presence — but running several separate websites would be slow to update and expensive to maintain.

Every new location would have meant another build, another deploy pipeline and another content workflow. The cost of growth was baked into the architecture.

I engineered a multi-site web ecosystem with a centralized CMS acting as a single hub. New locations can be added without rebuilding anything, content editors manage every site from one place, and each site stays fast and SEO-friendly on its own domain.

Pages are rendered statically and revalidated on content changes, so visitors get near-instant loads while editors still see their updates go live in seconds.

Launching a new cottage town no longer needs a developer. The marketing team creates the location, fills in the content and publishes — the site is live the same day, on its own domain, already indexed correctly.

The cost of growth moved out of the architecture: every location after the first one is content work on infrastructure that already exists.
